30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied! However, if for some reason you need to return your items, please note the following:

Your return must be in original condition, original packaging, complete, and timely (delivered less than 30 days ago) for us to process it. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Actual shipping charges for "free shipping" orders may be applied. A restocking fee of up to 20% of the product value may be applied. Products must be reviewed for damage or wear before a replacement can be issued.

Please be aware that your item must arrive back at our location for us to process your return. We strongly recommend that you select a traceable, insured return shipping method. Remember to keep your receipt and tracking number! Remember to enclose a copy of your order & shipping information and the reason for your return.



Returns Processing

Allow approximately 1-3 weeks after your return arrives back at our location to receive your replacement item or store credit (less shipping costs).

1.) Repackage your items for return to our warehouse.
2.) Include the following:
Name, Address, City, State, Zip.
Specific information regarding your replacement request, and $12.00 for return shipping via UPS Ground.
3.) Ship to our warehouse at the Returns Address (below):

Incorrect Item Shipped

We apologize if you received the wrong item. Please contact us immediately at info@mardigrastabletop.com, so we can remedy the error and get the correct item shipped out to you.
