How do I place an order by phone?
To place an order by phone please use the following number :

We are available between the hours of 9 am to 3 pm Central Time to receive orders by phone.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept checks or money orders. Payment made by check or money order is subject to verification of funds. Shipping on check/money order will take place after funds have been secured.

Will my order be charged with sales tax?
Sales tax will only be added to your order if you are shipping your order within the state of Alabama. Outside the state of Alabama you are responsible for reporting and paying any consumers use tax if applicable.

What are your shipping costs and which service companies do your use?
Shipping costs are determined after you have entered shipping information on the order. We ship with UPS as well as the United States Postal Service.

Will I receive a tracking number with my order?
Tracking numbers are provided in the final email confirmation sent out when the order has been completed and we have prepared it to be shipped. Tracking numbers can typically be accessed weekdays 12 to 24 hours after the order has been placed with us.

When ordering from your shop, will I receive an order confirmation by email?
Yes, you will receive an initial order confirmation email with the details of your order. After your order has been processed and has been completed you will receive another confirmation email with tracking number for your records.
